Laptop problem touchpad entsperren hilfe
Man soll 2 mal aufs licht drücken, doch damit kann ich nur die Sperre anschalten, nicht ausschalten. Weiß jemand, wie das geht?

Right click synaptics pointing device bottom right of taskbar
- click on pointing device properties,that will open another window - click on device settings and you can Enable or Disable the mousepad there.

On my HP computer there is a redbox to the left of the battery sign if u put your mouse over it it will say synaptics pointing device, then if u click on it will say {tap to click} click on it and a check mark will appear near it then u should be able to use your touch pad again at least thats what it did for me hopefully this helps someone.
I removed the battery for 5 mins, unplugged my USB mouse, and then reinserted the battery. And pow! My touchpad is back!
