Sind die Phillipinen ein sicheres Reiseland?

Das ist die Südinsel der Philippinen überwiegend moslemisch. Da würde ich nicht hinfahren.

Das Auswärtige Amt hat für die Philippinen ausführliche Reise- und Sicherheitshinweise veröffentlicht. Wenn man das liest kann einem schon etwas mulmig werden. Von Vulkanausbrüchen, Taifunen und Tsunamis bis hin zu Entführungen und terroristischen Anschlägen ist alles dabei.

Es gibt heute keinen Staat mehr, der absolut sicher ist, überall herrscht Risiko. Wer hätte vor einigen Jahren noch gedacht, dass Anschläge der Radikalen in Moskau, London, Madrid Kuwait, Tunis, Saudi-Arabien, Türkei usw möglich sind. Auch unser Innenminister warnt vor Trugschlüssen in Deutschland.

Was heißt denn vor einigen Jahren? In den meisten von dir genannten Städten und Ländern fanden seit jeher Anschläge statt.
